Explosion sound. The explosion sound was a mixture of a the initial explosion, the a wind sound that may be heard when there is an explosion and the rumble effect that would also be picked up on. I had to re sample all of these separate operator sounds and then put the audio track in a sampler the add some final touches. These included large hall reverb and utility for the large impact explosion and rumble sound as well as panning, reverb and delay for the wind sound to give it the effect of traveling around a surrounding area with the sound slowly decaying.

A large energy charging then firing with a persistent explosion that ends with a massive blast. Created using a wide variety recorded sounds (including a washing machine, sliding of rocks in a metal bucket, and various other objects being thrown and collided), mixed and heavily edited in audacity.

I combined a lot of fx from this site to make a huge explosion with a large aftermath and ringing in the ears- to make it a more 'cinematic' moment, i have a build up in reverse to the moment, a pause, then the explosion. Rubble and glass fall as the listeners' ears ring from the explosion.

Excellent sound of a large explosion, similar to a grenade. This was made in pro tools. Originally it was the sound of a mallet smashing a plastic cup recorded with an akg 414 ld condenser. I used an air frequency shifter, air reverb, and air dynamic delay to do the rest.

I made this laser sound in ableton live. I needed to make something that resembled a large space cannon, or something of the sort.

Large fanblades?no. A recording of an attempt tocreate the sound of an explosion using several clicks, modified with accoustic mirror using an audio sample of a preast reading the latin prayer 'pater noster', heavily flanged, reversed, flanged again, then crossfaded into a perfect loop?yes. So. . . Fanblades. Useful? you decide.

Sound effect similar to a large energy beam quickly charging, then firing a large, long-lasting, destructive laser that gradually changes form (either weakens or grows). Created using a wide variety recorded sounds (including a washing machine, sliding of rocks in a metal bucket, and various other objects being thrown and collided), mixed and heavily edited in audacity.

Here's a non-realistic sound of a nuclear explosion. I've created this for my presentation at sonoj convention 2018:https://youtu. Be/phot0a2xglw. I've removed elements of the sound that were very specific to my use-case to make it more suitable for general use. The sound was made with only open-source software and linux. Namely:. - ardour 5. 12 (daw)- zynaddsubfx (synthesizer)- lots of sound of trash being thrown around i've recorded- open-source audio plugins: calf, mverb, magigaverb, eq10q, airwindows, wolf shaper and more. . .

Inspired by herbertboland's cinematicboomnorm found here:. Http://www. Freesound. Org/people/herbertboland/sounds/33637/. I decided to have a go at making something similar. This is the version without any amplification added. I just felt the amplified version gave it more "umph" but decided to ultimately leave it up to whoever decides to use 'em.

A neighbor of mine might have just peed in his pants if he couldn't shoot off his illegal commercial fireworks before the fourth. So, july first, his manly outpouring of window-rattling bomb blasts echoed across an entire valley. For nearly two hours. I like fireworks. When i go to see 'em. Not so much when i can't get away from them. Sure, i could have gone shopping, or out for a drink. I recorded it instead. This particular explosion is just the largest of those that came after i started recording. It's just a lowly iphone but it does pretty well. Admittedly, even with no amplification it might have been too much for the microphone. You have the clear launch sound followed by burst and echo. The same blast kicks off the other fireworks file i am uploading.
