426 Royalty-Free Audio Tracks for "Marine"

Date: 29/9/2017location: hamilton, new zealand. Played this piece with a marine band hohner in the key of c. This was recorded using audacity with macbook pro's built-in microphone. I used audacity's noise reduction feature to drown out the noise in thebackground.

The sound of a swamp boat or airboat or fanboat, that i recorded while taking a tour of the florida everglades in june 2022. Aligators and other wildlife were seen. Recorded using my tascam dr-05 handheld stereo recording device.

This is the sound of metal dock posts being driven in during maintenance at a marina in vancouver, canada. They pounded some of them a hundred times without out any obvious movement. This is a recording of seven consecutive hits. There is a lot of echo after each strike with the slight sound of rattling chains after each one.

Stereo hydrophone recording of a small croatian harbor basin. Hydrophones submerged by approx. 1m, next to the bounding wall of the basin, facing the open sea. Lots of waves can be heard, in the onset, a small motorboat passes in the far range. Recorded with a pair of jrf series d hydrophones, spaced 18 cm apart with 0° dispersion.

Recorded using the ms mic on the zoom h644. 1khz/16bit wav recording. No effects added. Marine drive (south mumbai) at 9pm during high tide right after raining for a short time. Recorded whilst standing on a pavement across the street; facing towards the sea. Volume is initially low, but i increased the input level after about the 1 minute mark.

There are distant boats/ships, the oil refinery and a few sea birds. The wind was about 2 to 4 mph and that created some very small waves that can be heard lapping against the shore. The Glory of the Yankee Navy performed by the USMC Band. March, “The Glory of the Yankee Navy" (1909) - The musical comedy The Yankee Girl was in need of a spirited march, so Sousa was prevailed upon to provide one. The march, one of Sousa’s most interesting musically, was dedicated to the star of the show, Blanche Ring. Lyrics were provided by Kenneth S. Clark. The title underwent a process of evolution. The earliest known manuscript was labeled “Uncle Sam’s Navy.” Prior to the opening, newspapers referred to the march as “The Honor of the Yankee Navy.”

A compound of other sounds crated for my sci fi sitcom, this was supposed to be the sound of a landing dropship's bay doors opening to let out some over enthusiastic marines. I reckon it could work for a variety of industrial type noises.
