It's just audio, i explained that to my highly significant other. I try to make people smile. Sometimes. Likely, though, it wasn't the best thing to create. That, i did do. I suppose i also had a point to make.

Short clip of a cat purring like a lawnmower (and drooling all over me in the process). Quality isn't amazing, but okay. Recorded with a not-so-pro sony icd-px720. Slight compression, boosted volume, and tried to cut out some of the hiss with eq without totally ravaging the clip.

Today i'm supposed to play with my modular, or anything. As long as i'm not disturb the boys watching gremlins down stairs. . . Okay. I put some modules out for sale. Made this. The sound is generated by self oscillating vcfs. I love sinus wave. I will sell my triple oscillator now. It does not have sinus wave! the randomness is generated to old fashion way. I don't have any fancy random trigger modules. Bla bla bla. . . I stop there.

Warning!! loud!!!. Okay, so i record narrations, and some are of my. . . Longer stories. . . This particular one was so tedious to read, i literally basked in the sweet glory of finally recording the whole story. You might be all like, "dood, it's not that big of a deal. . . " yes. Yes it was. Xd.

I needed a quick fix for a bomb sound effect, and i think i made this one okay. Honestly, i just went "pkhoooooo" into my laptop mic, bass boosted it, slowed it down, pitched it down, and ran it through a low-pass filter in audacity. This sound is licensed under a creative commons 0 license, meaning you can use it in any project you want (for monetary gain or not) without creditting me. Enjoy!.

This is not a complete composition. This is a loop i created for people who play d&d or any rpg or game thats similar. It will loop perfectly. It is not diverse enough in composition to be considered a finished track, nor is it dynamic enough to be a finished song, it is a 3 min 30 seconds loop with the midi used on 2 different synths so it doesn't get more boring than it already is. This is not a complete composition. It's a loop. Meant to be looped. I used 2 sounds, the tiger roar and thunder from two other users. They described it is okay to do so in their description. 1 looping envelope and 2 vclfos in a dance. I think its harder for this combination to find a nice pattern - equilibrium. It happens sometimes. Maybe the mixture between positive and negative cv confuses the modules. Makes it harder. I start the recording with the looping envelope in non looping mode. After about 19 sec i switch to looping-mode. Records and hope that a pattern should emerge. This time there is a pattern. Yay! not 100% stable but that's perfect!okay, it is harder to recognize patterns when a sequencer is involved.

Lol i record my voice while playing video games now so that i can save certain things i say, you know, for real reactions to use for cartoons and stuff. A lot of my voice clips are from playing games with jumpscares, and that's where my screams and ooooooohs come from. I used to scream all the time when playing jumpscare games, but now it's turned into some weird growl thing or somethin, i dunno. So yeah, lots of clips. There are tons of clips that i'm not uploading though. They are exclusively mine!. And for those using my sounds, i am so thrilled xd.

Binaural* recording of cathedral bells repeating over and over (not looped). Towards the end of the file the bells are heard from a distance (the recording continued while walking away). Recording notes:. 1. Recorded in the field using soundman okm ii binaural microphones with the h1 zoom recorder. Sunday 87/2/2015 mid afternoon. 2. The recording has been left unedited to allow the greatest amount of creative reworking. 3. Recordings are as long as possible for video usage (it's easier to shorten a sound than to expand it). 4. Volume in these series will be left unaltered to allow easier mixing as far as possible. You won't have distant birdsong louder than a closeup door slam. 5. Any concerns, send me a message. *binaural is a recording method that allows surround sound over stereo headphones but over speakers can add depth when mixed with other sounds.

My first upload! this sound i made using the zmors synth on my ipad air2 - i used audiobus which is a great routing software allowing many of a lot of awesome sounding synths that are now on ipad and can be played professionally via a usb keyboard controller (very handy for gigging) okay this is getting too wordy. . . I used audiobus overall with zmors in the first slot being routed through the wonderful aufx eq app in the center (effects) slot then ran the most useful of all ---> audioshare app in the 3rd or output slot to record it all. . . Keep in mind that the number of devices you can run in these three slots is virtually limitless - as much as your device can handle so you can get really nuts with several synths, a drum machine, etc all routing to the middle (fx) stop in the chain and picking up a fat 3 or 4 nice sounding effects devices then on to output to audioshare or you can now use just audioshare as host and run zmors in it directly (and probably more smoothly). I chose zmors because on a couple of other ipads (ipad mini, ipad 2 especially, and ipad air a little bit) i was noticing that it was a resource hog and was not playing correctly or there was a huge lag in the latency so with the new(er) ipad air 2 i wanted to hear the zmors synth and it really is an underappreciated majestic sounding beast if you ask me. I am going to experiment further with it as the unique architecture and just the way it sounds is totally different from any other synth i've yet to hear on ipad or in general. It kind of reminds me of a fatter, more modern. Sequential circuits 6 track. Which i've had a couple of and have a thick layered sound - kind of like a really nice turkey sandwich with a good portion of swiss cheese then you notice that there's still some roast beef left and put a good amount of that between bread as well.
