If your reading this you probably recoiling in pain. Sorry about that. I was trying to replicate the same pitch you hear in those horror movie screams, you know the ones. The final result was more jarring than expected.

This is a screen and ouch duh.

Most of this recording is of insects in a special field of native wildflowers at a dog-park on south mountain reservation in new jersey. Near the beginning of the recording, you can hear, in the distance, a dog at the dog park yelping in pain very loudly, perhaps after receiving a bite from another dog. The rest of the recording is pure ambience, except for a plane (newark airport isn't far off). ---two primo em172 capsules -> zoom h1.

Me screaming for one of my film projects. I thought it sounded pretty funny so i thought i'd upload it.

It's a scream recorded for a project, most convincing part of that project, thusly been using this scream in other projects as my very own wilhelm scream.

Had to record a bunch of samples for some stuff i'm working on, thought it might be useful to someone so i'll be uploading various things.

Cross fm modulated filters performing a painful dance on your eardrums. This is noise but with a musical and rhythmic trace. I keep coming back to my vcfs…?.

I took a sentence of a funny debate between the south and the north of france : chocolatine vs pain au chocolat, i accelerated the speed. Then i had reverberation on a shout, to finaly finish on a car sound, to close the debate.

Could be useful for a game, video or audio project involving robot enemies. This sound was created with my voice using audacity's vocoder feature.

This is a recording i done outside my house in kedington, suffolk. Its a first attempt at field recordings. . . . The wind is a bit of a pain in the ass though!! but i dont have anything to stop it.

A cheesy death noise, i can imagine it in a metal slug or doom type of game :d enjoy and use for whatever you'd like to use it for.

Interesting (but painful) sounds made with a zoom h2 (front mics, low gain) connected to a laptop via usb. The signal was piped to old creative sbs250 spekers with 16ms of latency (i'm using jack audio connection kit and linux). That's how my feedback loop came into existance. I turned up the volume and started to move the mics around, geting a lot of different sounds ranginf from simple tones to strange lfoish sounds. The sound touches 0db one times, but is rather undistorted (at least digitally). Recorded with audacity @ 48khz/16-bit and saved as flac.

This is a sound effect i composed out of some different sounds i made, i also used a public domain sniper rifle sound. But, i recorded the screams and everything.
