I recorded this piece in the hope to catch a bird sound i was hearing when i sat behind my desktop. It gave me this nostalgia feeling i had as an child when playing outside. This is a classic hip-hop sound made by playing a snare forwards then backwards, with a hi-hat from the same sample played the same way for added effect. Drum sounds are from an old-school soul sounding drum break i found on soulseek. I created this in ableton.
