657 Royalty-Free Audio Tracks for "Riding"

This is a sound of a mercedes benz 709d mini bus driving on a really hard icy road. It was a rattly old bus, everything squeaked and rumbled on it. I videoed this journey with my canon powershot a460 digital camera, i simply took the sound from the video. It's a good sound, it turned out well thanks to the winter weather, and the rough icy road. This sound effect was captured by me on video on my canon digital powershot a460 camera, i stood just above the motorway at charing cross glasgow scotland and captured this sound from the jam packed motorway, both sides were busy, i even caught the sound of a police car coming along the hard shoulder. I simply took the sound from my video. This sound was made by me, i tied down my canon powershot a460 digital camera inside the engine bay of my 1993 rover 620si, and it's got a petrol honda engine, no turbo on this version. I had my video recording on my camera in the engine bay while i was driving. I started the engine up and took it for a drive. I simply took the sound off the video. . . Inside an intercity express (ice) between stuttgart and mannheim, sitting in an almost empty (three passengers) second-class broad-spaced compartment at around 9 pm. After a shaky first minute an even part follows for around 90 seconds. Interrupted by some road holes the steady sound continues, now with the frequency of the engine sound rising until the beginning of the fourth minute. Here the "main part" begins, starting with several moments of acceleration, deceleracion and breaking. From minute 5:15 to 7:35 the train reaches it's peak velocity, with only few bumps. After a short deceleration the train inceases velocity again, reaching a second peak, this time noticeably bumpier. Once in a while you can hear some element of the fitments rattling nervously along the track, depending on the constitution of the railways and the overall situation. During the last two minutes the train keeps on decelerating slowly and continuously until the end. Recorded in stereo with a portable stereo recorder (zoom); enhanced in audacity using a parallel dynamic eq (tdr nova), a compressor (vos density mkiii) and a binaural spacializer (auburn panagement).

I videoed this sound of a subway train in glasgow scotland on the famous "clockwork orange" train as they are called. I was lucky enough to get a good run on this with just a few poeple on board, so there wasn't any other sound apart from the train, the only time you here some movement of feet is when the doors open. Please rate if you like this sound :). This is my voice. I was trying to recreate a similar sound to those of the shrieking nazgul creatures in lord of the rings. They are referred to as different things but overall a creepy, evil, raspy, breathy type screeching sound. I created this with a type of practiced scream on a blue yeti usb condenser microphone. I recorded in audacity and added some reverb, fade in, and fade out. It was originally for a video game voice over audition. I also have the original with no fx if needed. My example/inspiration were the creatures in lord of the rings, fellowship of the ring. They are also called the fell riders and the black wings (when they ride the fell beasts), as well as the shadows, the servants of sauron, and the nine servants of the lord of the rings. The orcs of the tower of cirith ungol call them shriekers. I download from this site often, so i thought i would return the favor :). Feel free to contact me with any other requests!. It's a 15-minute long drum improvisation. It contails a lot of different beats and rhythms played so you might cut-out some loops for your needs. The kit has:- single kick- snare- hihat- 3 toms- broken crash that sounds really short- ride. The kit was old and not in perfect condition. I also used my sticks to play on some other part of the drumkit, like metal stand for the crash etc. I also got up and stated running around in a circle hitting sticks together and afterwards hitting drums and cymbals while running around the drumkit. I took my shoes off before i started so you can't hear my footsteps. I didn't use a metronome and i know i don't hold the tempo and it's a bit wiggly sometimes. I think this performace was inspired by band mr. Bungle. I recorded this with zoom h2 handy recorder's front stereo xy mics. It was standing on a table about one meter above the floor. Facing the drumkit and me. It was captured into a 48khz/24-bit wav file, then i trimmed the ends and converted this to flac using audacity. No processing applied, though i think it sounds nicer when you put these effects:. 1. A compressor:-attack: 10ms-release: 50ms-ratio: 2. 5:1-treshold: around -24db2. A reverb:-decay: 1. 5 to 2 seconds-dry: 0db-wet: around -15 db. It amazes me how much energy compression actually adds to drums!. I made this with my podcast (http://unfamusic. Com/fnr/) in mind.
