7,522 Royalty-Free Audio Tracks for "Sample"

I was looking for the sound of a hot engine clicking and found just one with lots of background noises. So i decided to build it from scratch in bitwig studio and this is it. The sound starts with fast clicking slowing down. It's not perfect, you can still hear it's made from samples. But as the sound is normally used at low volume, i think i can get away with it. Feel free to add a gate and shape it even further. I may upload an updated version later.

Wrote/recorded a free dance tune at 100bpm using ableton live 9. Basic 4 chord song structure (a, e, g, d). Synth and synth sounds are a combination of ableton stock plugins (bass groove, might as well synth brass, celestial pad) and free online synth vsts (dexed, synth1 vst). Percussion section is the ableton stock drum rack with the stock samples. Mixing and mastering used ableton stock plugins. Hope this helps and is useful for your next project. Cheers,bainmack. A synthetic bass multisample. I created it using the virsyn cube additive synthesizer (vsti). I applied some eq using the sonalksis sv-517 equalizer plugin. The sound was compressed by the sonalksis sv-315 and nomad factory blue tubes cp2s compressor plugins. All great quality plugs. The sound is a nice but rather static emulation of a bass guitar. Use your sampler's velocity and pitch bending options to bring this multisample to life. All samples in a 24 bit, 44. 1 khz resolution. Loop points were added for sustained notes.

This is a simple sequence with chords - emaj, d#m and c#maj where i played on my midi keyboard "novation lanchkey mini" with using arturia vintage collection vst plugin - yamaha dx7, type - electronic organ and adding delay effect and reverberation. Sound like synth-wave or retro-wave stile, moderato, quietly and gently. Lounge. You can be using it for your needs, podcasts, samples, different projects, or just like alarm sound on your phone. A jumpscare/screamer sound that can be used for a horror game. I yelled into the mic, i then edited it with a few effects, then i added one of the snare samples built into the daw, then i added a synth (fake synth built in to the daw) and then heavily distorted it with a few more effects. My yelling was recorded with my phone's built-in mic and the daw i used was fl studio mobile (used cloud storage to transfer to my computer). I made this for my five nights at freddy's fangame.

Bi-drum finale. This sound provides an impact point, an action conclusion suggestion. I combined two drum sound samples, one of the impact with a deep echo, and one a hollow wood tube strike against a hard object to a certain rhythm. The 100% genuine and original htx sound in stereo :p. 3 merged samples featuring 21 group-panned notes with portamento and plenty dialed up effects like chorus, delay and reverb, everything except external panning and volume-ramps are coming straight out of the x-station. Rumor has it that the core of the original thx-sound actually was programmed in csound in case you want to recreate the original. A google search will give you the right pointer.

Vocal, speaking, and audio snippets of interviews of visual artists that i did as part of a collaborative music project in 2018. I'm doing some ww1 commemorative stuff and couldn't find any marching on freesound. So here's my effort: 25s of medium pace marching on gravel, made from a few freesound samples mixed and retimed to match the pace. It's a very bright, close-mic sound, with wide stereo spread. It should loop seamlessly. So this is a composite made from:60076__sinatra314__footsteps-in-gravel-loop109487__tomlija__11-footsteps-on-the-gravel213307__taira-komori__walking-on-the-earth. I've retimed them all to be roughly in synch, added a multitap delay to boost the numbers of feet and some eq to give more of an impression of space.

Snippets from recordings of me playing the tanpura. The strings are tuned to b, d, g and e, so would work well in the keys of g or e minor. I noticed that my first pack of tanpura samples has a bit of fuzzy white noise so in this pack i have equalized - i reduced all the very high frequencies which got rid of most of the white noise without affecting the low frequency sounds of the tanpura itself. Please note this is the tanpura part of an instrument called the swar sangam which combines the swarmandal (indian harp) and the tanpura, it is not a traditional tanpura and does sound slightly different.
