I decided to upload all of my sound design stuff where i am working or have worked on. This is a series of hard sole footsteps on a stone tile floor i recorded for slicing it up to load it in a sampler. Recorded with a brauner phantom classic via an xlogic alpha vdh pre-amp from solid state logic.

This is a short drum n bass beat. Processed with a little delay to get that roomy feeling. . . The bpm is 95, but the loop is larger than the typical bars because i added the delay sustain within the loop. . . It´s created with the independence sampler. . .

I have recently built a granular sampler in puredata and have been using various samples in it and creating cool patches with it. This is one of the more technical patches. Please let me know if you would like to review my pd patch.

Made with js loop granular sampler and midi note repeater from reaper. You can use it for comic, animation sound making or for horror movies. I added some grain to make it more squishy and more intense. If you want to use it, credit me with a link (as keirasound).

This is a single guitar string plucked with a pick directly at the headstock, that means between the tuners and the nut. There the string is very short and tight, resulting in a high, almost piano-like tone. Also, since there is no sound box, the tone is rather quiet. I used this for a sampler and i liked the sound of it. This is the raw recording. If you want to use it in a sampler too, i recommend adding some eq, reverb and maybe some delay. It is not perfectly in tune though, the closest note is a#. You might tweak the tuning a little bit when using it in combination with other tuned instruments.
