Big storm hit my house, and i recorded it from just behind a window. Recorded in stereo at 24 bit with a sony pcm m-10 with furry windshield. All my sounds are dedicated to the public domain, and are free to use, no restrictions. Although i really appreciate a message or comment if you use my sound for something interesting. Always fun to hear where my recordings end up :).

This is a recording of a metal desk creaking with very little movement. I recorded this sound, amplified it, and removed the white noise. That's the only processing this sound has gone through. Shaking a small glass bottle with oregano in it. The first half is shaking it with the lid on, the middle is shaking it into a plastic bowl, and the last part is shaking it into an empty ceramic bowl. Recorded with my lumix g7 camera with rode video micro attached to it.

Shaking a 7-up can by holding the rim and holding the can sideways so the tab i broke off earlier slides around inside the can up and down the walls. It still has a few drops in it. Clattering about in the kitchen drawer to get spoons out. Getting a bowl out. Shaking a carton of soup up, ripping the top off and pouring it into a bowl. Tapping the carton to get the rest out and then throwing it into the pedal bin. Opening the microwave door, putting the bowl of soup in, tapping out the numbers and then turning the microwave on. Beeps at 1:50 to signal the end then open the door again. Natural kitchen ambience. Wav 24bit 44. 1khz.

Clean, dry recording of a roughly half-filled metal can (the ribbed kind used for most canned food - probably steel, tin, or a blend of the two) containing dry oatmeal being shaken. A variety of forces and speeds were used to create a diverse assortment of sounds. Originally recorded specifically for canned oatmeal sounds, but could easily work for shaken cans containing most kinds of tiny, dry granules such as rice, nuts, grains, etc. A metal can was used for the unique, metallic timbre it produces - a glass jar or plastic container would sound different. Recorded with a behringer xm8500 directly into a steinberg ur22c interface at 48khz, 32-bit float. True 32-bit, not just 24-bit upconverted.

Recorded and processed at 24bit 48khz using the tascam dr-40 linear pcm recorder. Processing: gain-staging and soft high and low frequency filtering. No eq boost or cuts anywhere else. Also de-noised.
