Just a sound effect i made for a project, where i had to create the sound of a blade being dragged out of a body or of something similar. It was created by dragging two kitchen knives together. Recorded with my røde nt1-a microphone. The recording is in 44100 hz stereo, 32-bit, waw format.

A plate was placed on a table with a very small height gap so that it vibrated when flipped with a finger. Produces a sound similar to a ruler pushed down on a table, flipped and pulled onto the table. Vinyl-like sounds coming from my old guitar(cheap stratocaster imitation) connected directly into the mic input of my pc with an adapter, the volume and tone knobs, and the five way switch make a similar noise but way more louder; which can be heard around the end, the audio is compressed with the compressor from ableton live 9.

The sound is a mic going to a boss me-30 on pitch shifter setting, to various other effects, and then to a boss dd-20 in sound on sound mode, then to an alesis nanoverb. All the sounds are my voice being effected/looped by the pedals. The beginning part is a cough with another vocal sound layered which sounds similar to a violin. . . Recorded direct to sound card.

Layered snare that has been eq'd (equalised)it was made in ableton and processed with a couple of third party plugins. It's a combination of sounds that i've found on the internet and recorded. This snare obviously doesn't have to be played in trap music but it's been layered with a 808 even if you can't here it or not it has similar fundamentals. It has been compressed also.

This is a merry go round that was at the louisville zoo in kentucky, usa. It was actually specifically called a mary lee we go around, created by a mary lee and her husband in 1919. I’m not sure if the music is similar or the same as the music used when it was made but it seems like if it wasn’t it was made to feel like it could be. Field-recording of wind in mainly coniferous trees on a cold winter's day in the mountains. This is a residential recording, taken near a playground and a parking lot. Recorded in stereo with the zoom h2n recorder. Similar to "windy winter day, wind in trees, leaves, metallic object rattling" except that this was recorded at a greater distance from the trees, on a nearby porch.

I was looking around for dialog audio similar to those in rpg games or platformers like "shantae", but was out of luck. Instead, i decided to experiment with an existing file, and use parts of it to make a similarly sounding dialog audio. (this was engineered using 131658__bertrof__game-sound-selection. Wav by bertrof. )i'd like to experiment with possible other variations in the future, in case anyone needs it.

I made changes in the impulse response of the fisher k-10, i used a demo of the fisher spacexpander on youtube that had a warmer sound, i did eq match using small sections of the video where the audio is dry or wet, i did this sin several times and the result was fantastically similar. Recorded with a zoom h1 n. This is similar to rain-on-veranda-roof-and-window-glass. Wav except instead of recording on the window sill, the device is hand-held aloft in the middle of the veranda and closer to the ceiling. The rain on roof sound is louder and less rain can be heard striking the glass windows. It's a typical intense winter rain storm with wind gusts and driving rain in the month of january on vancouver island.

Sound effect similar to a large energy beam quickly charging, then firing a large, long-lasting, destructive laser that gradually changes form (either weakens or grows). Created using a wide variety recorded sounds (including a washing machine, sliding of rocks in a metal bucket, and various other objects being thrown and collided), mixed and heavily edited in audacity.

This sound is made by my old continuity meter when the contacts are moved around. The clicking sounds similar to that of a more modern geiger counter or dosimeter.
