I made this sound by combining two sound effects found in fcpx and timing them perfectly.

Wet splat sound created from dropping a washcloth into a small body of water.

Good for your analog horror n void meme needs. Slapped with reverb and a couple of otts.

Handclaps, recorded with xperia phone, and then denoised, normalised. These are dry samples with no effects, so you can process them to your liking.

It's made using the gentle speech waveform's position being automated with additional in plugin filters and an ableton ott slapped on top of it.
