You've been the target of an attack, and you're at the local city precinct. I'd always thought the police had a blanket in the car. Not sure why. One reaches a point where it no longer matters. Getting there can be accelerated if your rescuer arrives without thinking to bring along something, anything for you to wear home.

At closest to target it was recorded from about 33ft away from mower at farthest range about 40ft away. If you wanted the mower to be heard from an inside area you could add a high pass filter to the recording. Please note this wasn't taken with the average household mower it was taken with a heavy duty lawn mower used for cutting large areas of grass so it doesn’t have the same sound as a regular mower.

This is a short, but detailed audio recording from my police scanner. It is the "ending" of a dea surveillance being held in my local community. You will hear the dea agents (ground units) following the target suspect as he leaves home, then eventually at the end, you will hear the local pd meeting up with them to stop and capture the suspect. Because of the short-range distant of the dea's radio transmissions, some audio will be "scratchy", yet it is audible. Enjoy!.

In the onset, the listener stands on a windy heath, and hears the air-raid sirens in the distance. Then come the bombers (propeller planes!), supposedly lancasters or so, passing overhead toward their target. . . This is a great recording from my digital police scanner of the atf and u. S. Marshal's doing a short, but detailed road surveillance here in houston. The atf starts out talking about a place to meet, then they follow the target suspects vehicle. Once they lose sight of the vehicle, they decide to let the marshal's signal device, planted on the vehicle, track it the rest of the way. This is a fine example of the new p25 digital (some encryption used) radio system that many federal and local law enforcement departments are starting to use. Enjoy!.
