The built in microphones is used of a zoom h4n pro setup to 120 degree.

To my surprise i found that vivid rushing watersound seems to be loopable at any moment of the recording. (recording 3 of 3).

A little stream with a little waterfall.

This is the second part of a recording an overflowing brook in summer, out in a farmer's field after a rainstorm. This one is pretty clear but there may be some artifacts created by my phone being jostled, or other sound sources in the area, but it's long so those could be easily cut out. Edit it however you like.

Ambience from a concrete river near a school. Recorded on a stereo pair of akg c568 b microphones, into a sound devices 633 recorder. Trimmed in adobe audition with a gentle high pass filter, no other effects added.

This is the sound of a storm drain emptying into a gutter. My street floods in heavy rain, giving the storm drain a river-like sound. I placed my roland r-05 on the sidewalk just above the drain. It babbles and splashes like a river, but it is on a residential city street. I recorded it at 2am, so there are few vehicles in the recording though several faintly pass by in the background. Enjoy. :).

This is recorded at droescher's mill in cranford nj. The local dam used to power a waterwheel. The wheel is no longer in operation but it's still a nice relaxing spot. A little waterfall is in the foreground, a big waterfall (the dam) is in the background, and the sounds of traffic are audible faintly.
