Made this recording to share with the community. Please feel free to use it however you wish. No credit needed. Recorded what i was hearing outside my bedroom window. It's a combination of various sounds for about 33 minutes. I did normalize the track a little bit and added a low shelving eq filter. If you want the raw audio file to do your own clean up. . . Message me. There are mic bumps and movements that you'll need to take out or edit out. I hope it's may be useful for your project. The rustling sound coming from palm trees can be used for other types of trees blowing in the wind.

This recording was done early one morning in may 2012 in the middle of scotland. You can hear the usual sounds of the countryside at this time of year and day. The two front microphones were facing the river tay, the two back ones drummond hill. This is the sound those front ones captured. All of them microphones were audio technica at-3031 ones, connected to the rme quadmic preamp into an edirol r-44 recorder. To get a quadraphonic or surround sound you have to download both tracks (they are next to eachother on the list) and alter them the way you want. If you compare them, then it shows what a difference it makes where you point those microphones.

Minimalism-ism by Marco Kalnenek. Marco Kalnenek [*1969] is a musician from Heerlen, the Netherlands. Kalnenek started playing the piano at age 9. His first band Foolish Behaviour was formed around 1982, when he started jamming and recording tapes with assorted friends. Hundreds of hours of music and other noises were recorded in the 12 years that followed. A few cassettes and cd-r’s were privately released and various tracks turned up on compilations, most notably on Comfort Stand Recordings and blocSonic. In the meantime Kalnenek started his own label, WM Recordings, in 2004. After years of relative inactivity Marco Kalnenek’s first official EP “If Not For” finally appeared in May 2013.

This jump scare sound was created by playing 2 dissonant chords on a single coil telecaster mic'd up w/ a vox ac 10 amp. The two guitar tracks are panned left and right- reverb and delay are added. The delay tail you can hear oscillates between left and right speaker as it fades. Additionally, frequency enhancers were added between 4khz - 6khz which adds a higher tonal energy in the upper range of the guitar. Gain is added which can be heard as signal noise mostly at the end of the clip. Enjoy. Bainmack.

While making an ambient track simulating a fortune teller's caravan, i designed 3 sounds in pro tools by layering and editing presets within ambience and soft pads. They add a bit of magical flare when the tarot card reader turns over a card. This sound can be used for any kind of transition, item acquisition, quest accomplished, or other quick sound effect which needs a light, magical quality. Synthwave, a lubed wobble dance. I took synthwave vibe loop from sss_samples and added some afro percussion, strings and wobble bass and turned this 80's disco flashback into a slightly more jiggy and definitely lubed up and wobblized. . The eerily quiet soundscape of a small midwestern town during the covid-19 shutdown. . . This was recorded in town, on a friday night (april 3rd, 2020) at a time when there is almost always more traffic, people and families walking and talking on the sidewalks. . This recording started at 11pm at night. . . What a strange, weird eerie feeling of this track. You will hear a lot of steady wind gusts, dry leaves being moved around by the strong southerly flow. . Equipment: sony pcm-m10 recorder sitting on a small tripod about 3 inches from the ground. . . I had to really crank up the gain on this one because everything was so quiet---almost as if the neighborhood was holding its breath. . . . Hope you enjoy this unique ambiance.

Pre-dawn recording of the city of warren, mi (detroit's largest suburb) waking up on palm sunday. Recording is from 5:20am to 7:20am. Sunrise was at 7:13am. It was a cold crisp clear sky morning, 29f / -2c, barely any breeze. Pretty much a quiet track of early springtime birds, robins, mourning doves etc. , city hum & distant traffic building up as the city awakes on this beautiful palm sunday 2023. Sunday Church Ambiance sound effect field recording. This is a great collage of church bells ringing, and small birds chirping ever so lightly. Great sound, and it public domain as well.

After searching the vastness of the interweb for some 6 inch zilbel samples with no luck, i finally decided to record my own bell. Theres 3 versions of 4 single samples each, 4 chokes, 4 medium and 4 hard hits. I know a lot of you out there have been searching for some samples of one of these bells for a long time so here ya go guys, totally free, full to use for whatever you want, no credit needed to be given to me. These sound amazing in a mix and really add a lot of life to your drum tracks, they dont sound over compressed (theyre dry recordings) and they dont over power everything else, nice crisp and clear. Forward with NOAA the NOAA Corps Song The "NOAA Corps Song" is actually entitled "Forward with NOAA." In 1987-88 the National Association of Commissioned Officers (ACO) was interested in commissioning a NOAA Song. Captain (then Commander) Steve Manzo was a member of the ACO Executive Board and volunteered to assist. Manzo contacted a long-time friend, Bob Arberg. Bob's father, Bud Arberg, had actually written the music and words to the "Army Song" -- while assigned to the Adjutant General's Staff during World War II. Dr. Arberg (former Princeton graduate in music) was retired and he readily volunteered to write a song. Dr. Arberg was provided reference materials on the NOAA Corps. He recognized at the outset that this was an attempt to build NOAA Corps morale and he cautioned that buy-in/acceptance within the Corps would not be easy. The song was first presented at a National ACO Dining-In in either 1988 or 89. Secretary of Commerce William Verity was present, as were both Bud and Bob Arberg. Bud Arberg played the piano and performed the "NOAA Song" to the assembled group of 150 officers and guests. Upon completing the NOAA Song, Secretary Verity graciously presented Dr. Arberg with a small gift of thanks on behalf of DOC/NOAA/NOAA Corps. The music was arranged by the USAF Band. This stereo recording was made on november 23, 2014 in grays harbor washington during a rare thunderstorm. The clip contains rain falling on a wooden deck and recurring peals of thunder both near and far. This original recording was made using a zoom h-6 handy recorder with zoom stereo xy microphone. The track was edited in audacity 2. 0. 6 to remove a few artifacts. Total run time for this wav file is: 8:29. This is my first upload. I am hearing impaired and new to field audio recording. I am fascinated by this art form and hearing sounds that i haven’t been able to hear in twenty years. I would greatly appreciate your feedback on the quality of my work and, if you choose to use this in a project, the end use you have in mind.

I took an almagmation of freesound samples and loops. I then attempted to fit them together into something that resembles a chilled dubstep tune. The people that feature are:. Recorded with my squier telecaster and squire mini-bass through the focusrite interface into reaper. A nod to kenny gioia for the reaper tips. The guitar was sent through the walrus slo pedal on 'dream' setting. Also added a pitch change to compliment some of the guitar parts. The bass was double tracked for better sound. Bass amp is a behringer bxl1800. Comments welcome. Bartolome calatayud was born in 1882 on the island of mallorca, received in 1899 the diploma of honor 1st class granted by the workers instructive center palma for his "superior musical knowledge in guitar playing". Although less famous in the classical guitar world, bartolome calatayud has left much enjoyable and exciting music written for classical guitarists of all abilities. He taught many pupils in majorca during his final years. He died in 1973 at the age of 91.

I did not record this ambience sound! wtfi've left my zoom h1 recorder at a friends place for quite some while until i picked it up today. Accompanied by a few tracks that make sense to us i also found this record, which none of us (not me nor my friend) recognizes as their record. There were two files (which i recognize as takes), so it must be a part of a fictional flick. I've pulled them together here. Here's what i belief it is:ambience of a crime scene with cars approaching, motors running, people alighting and then talking. Seems like the police or other authorities just discovered a corpse.

Note: the high-pitched squeaks are artifacts from freesound's preview and aren't present in the actual recording. 10 minutes of a thunderstorm, recorded september 7th, 2019 from my apartment window in seattle. This is the raw recording straight from my zoom h5. Levels were kept low to minimize the chance of clipping. A few thunder sounds were still too loud, but luckily the h5 has a backup function that recorded an identical track 12 db quieter. I've uploaded that as well, so you can splice the two together to taste. Eventually i'll release a processed version with the two combined, plus compression and eq, but i wanted to upload the source material in case you'd prefer to diy it.

Originally made for the disquiet junto project 0433: "kit bits: create a kit’s worth of percussion samples. ". I used 1. Recordings with a telephone coil microphone recording sounds from an external blu ray drive and a smartphone (telephone coil recorded via behringer xenyx q1202 usb mixer, line-in) and 2. Random recordings from a soma ether device (recorded with zoom h1n, line-in). In these recordings i picked up those areas which i though to be useful for a drum kit, just as i would do it for myself. This track contains all samples in no special order in one file. All samples my own, released into cc0 public domain. Would be nice to hear if someone does something with it. This sound file incorporates sounds from freesound. Org due to the pandemic at hand and not being able to go out and record these sounds individually. The addresses i chose are sportsman’s park racetrack (cicero) and mission hills golf club. I made a substitution with one sound file that i recorded myself in nature in my neighborhood to incorporate the sounds of a golf course. Although the other file was used from freesound. Org. This piece uses these sounds from freesound: vw golf r, by everydaysounds. Additionally, what can be heard on this file is the sounds of birds chirping and rain falling as well as the sound a fast car speeding around a track to propose some contrast. Something that could spark the listener’s interest is that not often does nature and the machines that we humans make harmonize with each other, but in this i think they flow just fine. This is not a complete composition. This is a loop i created for people who play d&d or any rpg or game thats similar. It will loop perfectly. It is not diverse enough in composition to be considered a finished track, nor is it dynamic enough to be a finished song, it is a 3 min 30 seconds loop with the midi used on 2 different synths so it doesn't get more boring than it already is. This is not a complete composition. It's a loop. Meant to be looped. I used 2 sounds, the tiger roar and thunder from two other users. They described it is okay to do so in their description. (note: it's not a complete song, just a loop, variations of the same loop, and it's meant to be looped).

This wav file is a take-away from a midi track my current project. The vst instrument is 4front e-piano and it's free! - the root key is g major, starting off in the piano roll at g3. The bottom drops to g2 and uses heavy steps, separated by a key to reach g2. Going back up to g3, the notes are shortened and no keys are skipped. Hence the fairytale stares ascents. The ceiling above g3 is g5. So 1 octave down, 2 up. The tight stairstep is maintained above g3. There is just downward notes to keep it sounding like a saw form. The entire sound should be in-key and loopable. Each of the 16 bars is unique. I didn't just copy and paste the same notes several times. - my next step is to apply a different midi sound. Sorry for the book. I hope this helps someone.

This clip was made because i was looking for a strong thunderstorm sound effect for a school play. I wasn't able to find one that was strong enough for what i wanted, so this. Mp3 was made in audacity from three other audio files from freesound - they are #s 27247, 2521, and 87472. This information is also in the 'comment' metadata of the mp3 file. As far as i can tell, this is the "strongest" storm available on freesound as of early february 2010. (i could be wrong of course!). If there is interest, i can upload an uncompressed aif of the audacity track (it'll take awhile) but i figured there was no point since 2/3rds of the files used were originally mp3's from here. Hope this helps someone looking for a long, strong storm with high winds, loud rain, and many thunderbolts! (the thunderbolts are duplicated throughout the file; the original file contained a much more natural and less angry storm).

In hinduism and its many derived views of life, there are a number of "realms", each with their own forms of consciousness. The oldest of these is the realm of the minerals, the stones. This is followed by plants, animals, humans, angels and gods. Each kingdom is divided into layers, in the human realm the "caste's" or social layers. Hindus believe that through good works you can be born in a higher caste or even realm in the next life. Among the people who belong to the caste of brahmans, the priestly caste, it happens that some have memories of many past lives. This track represents the connection between the heartbeat of a brahman priest during his meditation and his energetic vibrations, long time ago, as crystal. He discovers that time is an illusion and that all his lives are layers one on another creating a building, the shape of his eternal existence. He has yet to build further but is well on his way. Right now, he should not be proud, or in the next life he will be certainly no angel but falls back to a previous level.
