This is an edited field recording that i used in a track of mine. I recorded it at the zoom natural park, near torino, italy. It's actually 4 tracks of waterfalls and birds signing, with a little delay on the birds. It's made to loop around itself unnoticeably. If someone is interested, i'm willing to release the whole field recording. It's 7 tracks, but very little of it is devoid of external noise. Horror birds - morning birds recorded with h2n, cloned to 4 tracks in audacity, pitch shifted by various amounts and one of the tracks paul-stretched and sped up. Mixed down but then removed lower frequencies (wind or traffic rumble became too noticeable). Normalized. Here's the result.

Recorded in pritzker park in the south loop area of downtown chicago. I am sitting towards the back (west) of the park near the end of the path. The microphones are pointed roughly southeast towards the el train tracks. Time of the recording was 5:22pm. Weather was warm, in the upper 80s. Recording details: 2 audio technica at4022s in rycote windshields > sound devices 302 mixer > tascam dr-40 recorder.
