Made using a logic x. Cant beat a good arpeggiator. I put this together for a cheesy action movie style entrance after the hero is presumed dead but makes a dramatic return with plenty of smoke and back lighting. Enjoy.

Something i did for a thing called victors crypt. I did it in garageband using chords of strings as the main theme in the tune. Then i added more strings along with a beat i made before the chords and the rest came along. I think it would suit something exciting, creepy, thrilling. . . Or whatever you think. It was much about planning, knowing what sounds to use, and how to use the different sounds, timing, and creating anticipation, shock and tension!. I made this tune in garageband for something called victors crypt. It a synth-based tune with a eerie typ of bass-synth at the bottoe with a bit more optimistic melody on top of that. Making it harmonic and less pessimistic but still dystopia. The scream in the beginning is something i borrowed here from freesound. Two sustained voice samples i subsequently pitch shifted and layered for an ambient work (to achieve an 80's choir pad effect). The key is almost in middle c, but slightly off. . . Because i can't sing. The second, lower voice sample was recorded extremely close to the mic to achieve clipping; i wanted to get a buzzy, boomy sound out of it.
