I made this sound for a show simply by breaking a large amount of pasta various ways, then combining and altering everything in izotope rx 7. My effect isn't the greatest, but i found it difficult to find anything that worked for this application so i made my own, and here it is!feel free to use this sound for whatever you want, you don't have to cite it, just please don't claim it as your own.

The sound was created by pounding a fist to a chest.

Me shouting "falcon punch!!!". My first upload. I only shouted the words, i didn't actually do a punch, because we all know that only one man is capable of the falcon punch!.

Sounds of me punching my leg, hitting my palms together and punching books under a pillow. These work well as a layer on top of other existing punch sounds on this website to make a punch sound more fleshy.
