A hot summers day in the deep swedish forest. Recorded with zoom h5 with two dpa 4060 mounted in a ab stereo fashion. Birds chatting and bugs flying by is major elements in this field recording. Decided not to remove to much of the bugs in post because i felt it might suck out the soul of the recording. In post: in pro tools i removed some low rumble, and and trimmed the highs just a little bit. Added a "pro expander" to lower some noise, both generated by the h5 and the location. Hope you like it.

At a baby shower and there are these awesome paper pom poms that sounded so amazing when you dragged them over your hand, like wind rustling stiff grass or dry leaves. Recorded at kingston foreshore at lake burley griffen in canberra on a windy day - people walking and riding past, peak hour traffic going over the bridge, some birds noises and a black swan approaches at the end to get some food.

A recording taken at 6:03 am - 7:03 am 2/3/2023 in northern wisconsin near a pond and small lake. The temperature is -21 deg f and you can hear the trees make popping noises occasionally due to the cold, which is the interesting part of this recording. There is a distant owl calling early in the recording and you can hear coyotes in the distance. Unfortunately trucks in the distance too. This is hour 854 of a 1054 hour recording (12/29/22 - 2/11/23).
