A hostage, a lightbulb, a camera. A hard conversation and a lot of uncomforable silences. This sound is part of the weird roomtones and silences soundpack - a compilation of synthetic ambiences and silences meant to enhance a neutral atmosphere in the desired direction. The filenames usually describe an imaginary situation that i imagine would need the particular roomtone, often influenced by movies i've watched. >>>> you can use the soundpack as you wish, but i'd be happy to hear your feedback. I recorded random sounds while talking with friends and modified sounds using audacity with some simple effects. Maybe someone will find a use for it.

I forgot i was recording! in one and a half hour. . . This is from that recording. It's an vcv-rack patch generating suspense music or call it anticipation music. Is there a good word for it. Maybe you interpret the sound in a different way? some sort of back ground noise anyway. . . ?the sound is time stretched, eqed, compressed and i added a little reverb.

This is a sound of random quiet ambiance. This sound is intended for random ambient noise inside of a building. This was recorded with a samson go microphone and was edited in audacity.

Inside a chicken restaurant in new york city at night.

Just on the northern line on a journey north into central london, some wind noise as i got off as no dead cat fitted.

This is a clip which contains the background audio which i need enhanced. I can't quite make out all the words, but i do know that the words "rapin him" are said, and the name "carter", and "positive thing". When i recorded this clip, i put the conversation on a loop, trying to make it easier to edit it while i listened, but i still can't make it all out. Good luck.

Created using spectral freezing max patch. Some may have pops and clicks or audible looping but shouldn't be hard to fix. :).
