Sound through a vent while contractors did demolition on the bathroom upstairs. Has a nice "eavesdropping" quality, a vibe like you're hearing the work from another area. Small rocks tumbling down a steep hill. We got in the van and drove down a rural road. On the side of that road, we found land with its topsoil removed, stripped also of its plants, but there were lots of rocks and a small cliff where rocks could tumble down. The location where this audio was recorded in arkansas is shown in a video of our family adventure. We found where whittington creek enters a man-made underground tunnel in the city of hot springs. This recording is honestly more amusing than good. I was walking on a trail at victoria bryant park when i found a part that was flooded. I tried to go around it, and accidentally stepped in some mud. So i took a minute to record myself walking in it.

I recorded myself walking on damp grass in hard rubber soled boots. Recorded with: sanken cs-1e, fostex fr2le.

Walking in a puddle.

Digging into mud: using a shovel to dig into muddy ground, flattening the ground with the shovel. Recorded with a zoom h6 (rode ntg-2). Recorded in a room with good acoustic. It can be used for a scenario where someone is digging a hole, working in the garden.

Various momevents with my hand using small rocks and dirt. Brushing, grabbing, and dropping. Recording in the city is hard but i found a small canyon made of rocks in a park which helped block out traffic noise. Equipment: rode ntg3, zoom h5, izoptope rx4. 20s of hiss dithered to 16bit 48khz. Level it much lower to maybe between -40dbfs and -80dbfs and you will have a nice dub or tape noise.

Splashing water on an electric burner. Some really nice low end beef. Has many uses.
