A simple pack of 14 loops at 120 bpm good for industrial and the like. The samples these loops are made of were allcreated using sonic charge microtonic drumsynth and are unprocessed. Hope you enjoy and find some use in this pack.
A short moog sample with a science fiction sound. Would make a great backing driving sound for some kind of 80's sci fi movie soundtrack, ala john carpenter.
A 7:00 clip of the construction around a new bridge that includes a barge mounted pile driver striking steel piles into the water. Summer 2013construction audio as crews work to replace the johnson st. Bridge in victoria, bc, canada.
A recording of an industrial size motor at work. The recording begins with me walking towards the room that the motor is located. At some point the motor accelerates. Recorded on tascam dr-05.
When my band was allowed to record after-hours in an industrial space in west oakland, i took the opportunity to show up early to record some of the machines in action. This is a recording of an industrial embroidery machine as it sews on logos to eight sweatshirts. Unfortunately my recording of the glass etching machine in another part of the building didn't turn out as useful--it sounded pretty crazy. This is a really simple beat is based off the beat from a remix of "happiness in slavery" by nine inch nails. I used all my own sounds though. The snare was created by filtering white noise, and adding distortion, then adding an acoustic snare sound over it. Really good for heavy industrial songs.
The winding engine in big pit mining museum in blaenavon, south wales. The brakes singing towards the end of the soundfile are gorgeous. Signalling bells can also be heard. Recorded on an r-09 hd.
