Walking through the streets of central gothenburg to record urban sounds, i happen across a construction site. I walk past it and onwards to record footsteps on the pavement and eventually some light traffic and trams. Recorded with iaudio x5 internal mic.

Short recording of me walking to the roof of a warehouse near the los angeles area. You can hear the wind and my foot steps on the the steel roof access staircase. Once on the roof we hear a turbine vent squeaking and an aircraft flying overhead, as police sirens pass by. Recorded with a tascam dr-05x with gain at 75% and positioned by an open window. 10:00 am sunday, clear sky, cold with some ground frost. Background distant traffic noise and helicopter appears about halfway through the recording then some people's voices near the end. I've amplified this recording by around 8db, no other processing applied.

This is a recording made on an iphone se using the now discontinued sennheiser ambeo vr headset for binaural "3d" recording. This recording has not been processed in any way except for the levels which were normalized. Since it was a cold windy day, i believe i had the mics under a thin hat, which acted as a wind shield. This may have slightly muted the higher frequencies but it shielded the mics from wind noise. I will make some more recordings and share them.
