Recorded with a samson q1u. Heavy rain sounds during spring.

Here, i tried to represent the rain with a thunderstorm in the background, a sound that can be used in a thriller, drama or other movies. To the sound of the rain i generated "white noise", amplitude to 1. Then, i changed the acute and bass across the track to show some instability of the rain. To highlight the suddenness of the rain, i put a fade in during the first 5 seconds with a reverberation from 6 to 50s to make a natural sound. Finally, i added a track recorded of a storm with -9db for the storm and + 11db for the rain.

This is a simulated aircraft flyover made from a tablefan and some processing. This is my first sound effect. It is normalized and should be mixed quite low for a believable effect.

A short layer of rhythmic clanging created as a scary atmosphere in a chase scene. Used a roland groovebox with the self-sampling utility directly to wav. I've found this method results in good sounding recordings, but reduced high frequencies. Sorry, don't know the bpm.

Recorded in a parking deck midmorning during the height of summer in the american south, the incessant humming drones from air conditioner compressors and fans, with the distant tweets of songbirds from outside the structure.

I opened the door and stood in the doorway to record the wind. You hear leaves rustling on the floor and every now and then the wind accidentally gets into the mic as i don't have a wind screen. You hear a little howling as well as some squeeking noise through it.

It's a raw nearly minute-long recording of an electric fan running. Sounds similiar to a little aeroplane motor mid-air. Recorded using a zoom h2. Originally 96khz/24-bit wav. Converted to flac using audacity.

Just some throat sound i made today for no reason. Looking for some remixers, and also if anyone can tell me what exactly is this type of throat sound called? it's not really a sygyt, or a tibetan drone, is there a specific name for this type of sound, please let me know.

Same patch as in electronic minute no 226 and 227 but on my real modular. I'm using a filter. Thats why i call this version subtractive. I'm subtracting harmonics from a square wave. Why are 226 blue? probably because i did it at work. . . Listening in bad earbuds. Makes you rise the bass. Lets see if i can make this wave ble at the end! i will slowly fade out the vco with high pitch. At the very end i'm switching the synth off.

One of a series of sounds i made using a small squeeze toy that just happens to be shaped like a cob of corn. I felt like the expulsion of air made a nice swishy ui sound. Recorded with a rode nt1 into a universal audio arrow.
