A "quack" sound effect thing, i created this randomly while trying to make a sound effect for destroying a block in my game, and throught that someone might find it useful so i put it here :).

A fairly simple patch in vcv-rack. Reuse/feedback of cv makes the patch change in a nice way.

Something random i came up with the previous day. Liked the rhythm. Mainly three chords:cmsus4bbab.

Made, didn't use for intended purpose. Have fun with it.

Results from running randomly-generated neural networks (all weights in neuron connections start random and then slowly drift when generating). Although sample rates used are 44. 1 and 48 khz, sounds pretty lo-fi. The reason could be input compression needed for network to actually work. Each sound channel is an output from two separate neurons in the network. Each sample in this pack is generated by a separate network, as they wasn’t saved anywhere after they produce a thing. Global parameters (output compression, neuron count, drift rate etc. ) aren’t the same from sample to sample, too.

On one side of the room, someone practicing piano. On the other side, a gamer shouting into their laptop headset. A bizarre combination. Recorded in stereo on a zoom h4n.

Created on audiosynth one for the ipad.

I recorded random sounds while talking with friends and modified sounds using audacity with some simple effects. Maybe someone will find a use for it.

Was testing my rene sequencer with elements, processed through. . . . . . Of course the o. G clouds indeed ;). The clock for rene was ironically taken from the particles of braids( literally from the output of braids xd) and also the wogglebug( at ultra slow internal clock rate). I was just messing around rene as it just arrived soo,that's taht i guess lol.

Made with reason 9. 5eds06s - the sound. Matrix - processing. Gate triggering, volume and pitch coarse parameters processed through matrix patterns.

This is a recording taken of a distinct almost rythmic drip on to a long resonate drain pipe. Sounded nice so i had to get it.

Shaking the last cornflake in it's box.

It becomes clear when i record with audacity and can actually see the attack and decay. I’m playing with alm pip slope. With this module you can cv control the attack and decay. As oscillator i use intellijel μvcf in self-oscillation mode. I fm-modulate this filter/oscillator with a tone from uoki-toki polivoks vcf. The semi random trigger is really two triggers connected to an or gate. Pitch is from analogue systems rs-40 (sample/hold and noise). I can listen to this for a looong time. Retro sound.

Random noise from fiddling around with a cable i was recording with. Recorded like this, it was kinda ridiculous but very fun:iphone -> 1/8" to rca cable -> used one of the rca outputs -> rca to 1/4" adapter -> scarlett 2i2 -> protools.

Mind the loudness and piercing frequencies. Feedback made using only a self-patched random*source serge triple+ waveshaper, or tws+. Recorded with and formatted with splices for use with the make noise morphagene, but can use for and with whatever of course. Warning that it's it's quite high pitched so you may need to pitch it down with the morphagene's pitch knob a good bit if you want it less harsh. I think i acidentally hit splice instead of record one time so there might be a random short splice somewhere, but maybe it adds some splice length dynamics. . .

When i first got my olympus ws-310m, i showed it to my little brother who is 18. I hit record and handed it to him. He looked at it for a second and when i told him it was recording, he made this sound. I used my olympus ws-310m for this recording.
