I decided to upload all of my sound design stuff where i am working or have worked on. This is a series of hard sole footsteps on a stone tile floor i recorded for slicing it up to load it in a sampler. Recorded with a brauner phantom classic via an xlogic alpha vdh pre-amp from solid state logic.

Sound of footsteps (hiking boots) on a bed of dry chestnut leaves about 40 centimetres thick. Crunching leaves, sounds of the forest in the distance (birds, wind, etc. ). Walk at a fairly slow pace. Perfect for natural backgrounds. Recorded with a zoom h1n held in hand and pointed at the ground.

Step into a puddle of mud.

This sound is completely analog. I recorded the sound of a person who was walking on the street. I chose to leave the noise of the street so that we understand that the person walks outside. I used the effect "amplification" to reduce the noise of the street and increase the sound of step. I made a fade in opening and closing, so that we have the impression that the steps are moving towards us then moves away. At the same time, i played with the pitch of the sound to accentuate this effect. Sound created using the wooden rod inside of my coat closet, and recorded on a zoom h2 recorder. This effect was used to create a sort of dungeon ambiance in a musical track. Recorded at tea, a museum in santa cruz de tenerife. I was invited by dancer masu fajardo to create some sound ambients for a dance piece she was doing there, we decided to use only the sounds being created by her body and her interactions with the space. I recorded myself walking around the outer waiting area at my office. There are some very nice floorboard squeaks in here.
