Recorded on 20. 05. 2020 on schneealpe in styria, austria. Its funny - and a bit scary - that one can see the exact crevice the recording took place from a satellite. There was a bit of snow left from winter but rapidly melting. Drops fall from 30 cm to the rock below in different rhythms. Recorded with 2 km184 ab ~40cm apart into sounddevices 744. Unfortunately i had no proper windscreen and so there is quite some rumble up to 120hz. A door is trying to keep itself closed with a strong wind (very fast thanks to the mountain). You can notice the cracks: it's old, more than 30 years old. I left a wall clock running by mistake, but i think it can't be noticed. If you do and don't want it, i have another recording with it stopped (same name, number 2). Recorded with a zoom h4n. Credit is optional: don't worry about it :) completely free sound.
Semi-auto rifle simulation, created using zoom h1. Artificial gun shots to simulate a semi-auto weapon in battle. Mic capsules were tapped with a popsicle stick to create this sound. Recorded at 24 bit 96khz, exported to 16 bit wav. Added pop compression filter for a theater like experience in post. Feel free to use this were ever you need it. A little credit wouldn't hurt. Thank you and stay tuned for more improving sounds. :).
This is a file prepared for being used with makenoise's morphagene eurorack module. It is a pierre schaeffer interview cut with markers in files directly. It is a nice mise en abîme if you use it for musique concrète works as it is an interview about musique concrète.
Wind recorded at the end of 2016 in canary islands. Strong wind (thanks to the mountain), but it was recorded on the other side of a house and it wasn't that strong in that moment.
