I recorded some rain outside my front door. This is a tuned (a440) sample which you can use to achieve a sort of soft-yet-textured synth string sound in a virtual instrument like ableton's sampler. I think adding a little fake vibrato to it with multiple conflicting volume lfos sounds pretty nice. You're free to use this sound without attribution. This is the sound of an old primer gun with front loading mechanism. It is just the clicking of the hammer, wich is designed in the style of an old flintlock gun.
