Original description:. Nothing special really, just modified an existing sound a little bit to make it echoy and 'wet', with some panning. This was my first attempt at sound engineering a sample.

Intro loop i made for a project, very basic en very simple but nice to start with. Clap and closed hat + screech and some fx with that. Programs used. . :. Fl studio 11 ( + build in clap & hats )sylenth 1 ( for the screech )glitch 2 ( for the fx ).

A small bassline created with my new rocktile ebass. I used the (free) safe plugins compressor and equalizer by semanticaudio for the effect part. I used audacity to merge the parts. Recorded with wavosaur. There are small pops at the transition from no fx to fx and at the end of the fx part, just cut them away with some audio software. I didn't listen to it before uploading. A whistle with the harmonic frequencies removed. Originally used for the sound of mortar shells falling.

Sound i made with knives. Used abletons simpler to load in a few knife scrapes then hit the reverse button them and played a note. Mic used - akg c1000.

I made a project in cubase which had 12 tracks each playing a sine wave in a different note of the chromatic scale, each sine wave also had slightly varied lfos on volume and pitch. Then i put this sound through the soundtoys crystallizer plug and recorded it while manipulating various parameters. Ended up with 3 minutes of crazy glitched out sounds, use for anything you like!. It gets pretty out of control at some points so don't have your speakers up too loud :).
