A recording of a harley davidson sportster from about 25 years ago. Used re-20 mic running to a symentrix 528 mic pre. Includes engine starting and idling with occasional revs. Then the engine is shut off.
Taken at the van nuys fly-away bus station in van nuys, ca. I used a tascam dr-07 mkii recorder. It was approximately 9am/10am and i was seated in the waiting area indoors. The doors to my right were directly to the outside passenger loading area for buses. I used wavepad for osx to boost the volume.
