Pulling up of hand break.

The sound of an electric car being plugged in and recharged. The clip starts with the car's recharging flap being opened from inside the car, then fully opened by hand, then the plastic socket cover being opened, then picking up the charging connector and plugging it into the car. There is some clicking as the electric vehicle's cooling fan turns on for a short while. This was recorded in-person with a tascam dr-40 stereo recorder at a small, suburban farm. Just a quick recording on the n train as it travels from 57th street to 42nd street. Can't remember what i recorded it on. Possibly the mtrack. I have tons of subway stuff. Shout out if you need help with some.

Description: this is the sound of the arrival of the tram recorded in the street around the upf campus. The background noise it's due to the wind and some people talking. It was recorded at 14:00. Recorded using zoom h4, normalized and fade-in/fade-out added with audacity.

A 30" clip of a streetcar (tram) in amsterdam (the netherlands) passing by using its bell. Later in the clip voices of people passing by can be heard.

Various banging sounds, recorded in my garage. Identifiable sounds include drumming on the concrete garage floor with a length of wooden dowel, and dragging various objects across the floor.

I recorded sand in a plastic cup and got this result.

This was recorded in the centre of oxford, near the junction between broad street and turl street, on 23rd february 2013. I was facing west along broad street with turl street, and the pavement, to my left. There are many different sounds on this recording including bikes being parked (i was standing near a bike rack) and ridden, cars lurking for a parking space, dropping people off and turning round (broad street has a car park in the middle of it), plenty of different people walking past and talking, and a big issue seller. There is the occasional bit of wind noise, but not as much as i'd feared (luckily the wind was behind me). Recorded with a marantz pmd661 with built-in microphones.

With resemblance to the sound of an engine, this sound can be used with various different mechanical objects in mind. This sound was bounced into 24bit, 48hz, interleaved audio. This sound was synthesised using a digital synthesiser.
