A recording of the upper pond in jones park, brunswick east made in january of 2023 on a pleasant summer's night around 10pm. I came for the wildlife, but also captured the sounds of city. Along with frogs, bats and insects you can hear music, a dog, a bicycle, traffic, and people. The conversation might not be suitable for children. The recording was made with the inbuilt stereo microphones of a zoom h5.

Recorded from my apartment, second floor. This starts with a few bolts of lightning during the end of a typical early summer afternoon and ends up on a pretty huge thunderstorm including hail. I wish i could have recorded more but the storm was getting so important, i had to close my window.

I set up my recorder outside on christmas eve in 2016 and unwittingly captured the sound of this anonymous and apparently oblivious neighbor walking his dog and singing "it's the most wonderful time of the year" down my street. Pretty charming!. I've noticed recently how my zoom h4 has this nasty looping hum buried beneath the already disappointingly stubborn background noise whenever i do field recordings. Can somebody point me to a solution?.

I programed a patch on the arturia jupiter 8 demo and made a improvisation out of it.

Over 3 minutes of loud motorcycles streaming by revving their engines plus sirens and horns during an insane motorcade of bikes and choppers that temporarily took over streets of the westside highway. Sirens are not police but are from bikes in the motorcade. Includes people talking and crowd noise in the background, some distant helicopter and followed up by some very relaxing chimes in the park that's adjacent the highway. Recorded september 2022.

I videoed this sound of a subway train in glasgow scotland on the famous "clockwork orange" train as they are called. I used my canon powershot a460 digital camera to video this, i simply took the sound from the video. I was lucky enough to get a good run on this with just a few poeple on board, so there wasn't any other sound apart from the train, the only time you here some movement of feet is when the doors open. This sound was made by me, i tied down my canon powershot a460 digital camera inside the engine bay of my 1993 rover 620si, and it's got a petrol honda engine, no turbo on this version. I had my video recording on my camera in the engine bay while i was driving. I started the engine up and took it for a drive. I simply took the sound off the video.
