Cleaning up some dialog on a film here is the heart beat picked up by the 2 actresses cuddling, only a second or so - but you probably couldnt have planted the mic better on purpose!!.

Stepping in some cold mud. You can probably hear some clothes rustling.

We where located in the news media viewing area called nasa causeway. This as close as anyone can get to the launch. This was the maiden voyage of the orion spacecraft, and one of the very few delta iv heavy launches. In the beginning of recording you hear nasa announcer giving countdown into loud speakers, when you reach around the 1min 50 sec mark the true booster engine sound overtakes the pa system. We are very grateful for the opportunity to share this, most powerful man made machine with 2. 1million pounds of thrust to get millions of pounds into space.

This is a combination of a bunch of sounds to create a very close feeling digging and tearing through earth sound. Thick roots being torn, low rumble, a lot of layers. Used for a video of hands moving through dirt, digging, forming, etc.

A horse is plowing. Close-up focalise on the hooves and the metal of the tool. A man says "hi" for the horse to go, and "hao" at the end for the horse to stop. Nice natural rythme. Recorded with schoeps cmc6mk41recorded on sounddevice mixpre6wave mono 24 bits 48khzfrance, june 2022.

Walking on grass. In my opinion could be also used for dirt, that why it's called "soil". You should play with volume on this one. Background noise removed as usual. Enjoy!.

An elevator ride to second floor (to outside) in an istanbul metro (subway). Noise cancelled with adobe audition.

An unintended recording of me and a passerby walking through very thick and wet mud on the walthamstow marshes. I was out testing new gear and couldn't remove the mics from my rucksack strap to avoid picking up the rustle of my clothing or my occasional heavy breathing. This recording was made using a sound devices mixpre6ii and a stereo pair of fel em172 mics. Low cut on the sd which in basic mode is 80hz (i think). There is no processing to this recording other than to ‘normalize’ the levels. I do not require any credit or attribution. A chair i moved over a stone tiled floor. Keeps getting heavier and noisier, quite eery in the end. Recorded with sony tcd d10 pro ii & sennheiser md21u.

I made this recording by using a metal shovel and ramming it into the icy snow. The snow has been around for a couple months now and has been rained on and turned to tiny ice crystals. It sounds like it could be sand, grainy dirt or rock dust.

Walking a dog in a small forest park in a nice summer warm dry weather. Mainly you can hear footsteps, birds, sometimes the (midsized) dog going by and breathing. Rarely cars in distance. Very calm quiet track, the dog doesnt bark. Its more relaxing.

Stomping on a big cement ground as hard a possible with a contact mic attached to the ground. The contact mic provides lots of bass so you can use this for punches, kicks, impacts, anything that can use a sweeter for impacts. I handmade my contact mic and recorded that into a h5. A person approaches the entrance, opens the door with an electronic lock, goes up the stairs, opens the door to the apartment, enters and writes down the lock. Recorder: tascam dr-40. Recorded at 2016-03-24.
