This is actually my favorite sound yet! there was a church clock going off at the time i was recording this, but, alas, i foolishly did not have my windscreen on, and i had to edit it out. Loopable.

Right in the middle of the bridge istanbul became fascinated with the cacophony od the place. There are boats, cars, sounds of the actual bridge, prayers heard from both sides of land. . . And many more. . . Istanbul turkey.

This is a recording made on an iphone se using the now discontinued sennheiser ambeo vr headset for binaural "3d" recording. This recording has not been processed in any way except for the levels which were normalized. Since it was a cold windy day, i believe i had the mics under a thin hat, which acted as a wind shield. This may have slightly muted the higher frequencies but it shielded the mics from wind noise. I will make some more recordings and share them.

Background city noises / birds in front.

Recorded with a tascam dr-05x with gain at 75% and positioned by an open window. 10:00 am sunday, clear sky, cold with some ground frost. Background distant traffic noise and helicopter appears about halfway through the recording then some people's voices near the end. I've amplified this recording by around 8db, no other processing applied.
