As special appearance, there is someone having a joyful time (or -less probable- screaming of pain repeatedly) throughout the whole lenght of the recording. This is a recording near the entrance of a pachinko parlor (kind of slot machine casino in japan).

This is a 4 mic recording taken inside a pachinko parlor in akasaka, tokyo. There are so many loud machines and the background music is so loud that you can hardly make out individual sounds and the entire space is just a wash of noise. If you listen closely to this one you can hear some of the individual balls dropping. (when you play pachinko, you win metal balls which can be exchanged for cash later. ).

Field recording taken from the balcony of an apartment building in the waldstrasse district of the german city of leipzig on a summer evening. In the foreground, quiet noises from neighboring apartments can be heard as well as the calls of countless swallows who nest in the eves of the 19th century houses which this part of town is famed for. In the background, distant city traffic may be heard. These are the rear channels of a 4ch surround recording, conducted with a zoom h2, mic's set to 120° dispersion.

Street sound with natural amplification, at the place was an installation giant iron tube that could amplify if you listen from it, i put my recorder exactly where ear goes and it recorded original sound but amplified. Belgium, brussels.

A helicopter circles overhead, a tv is heard faintly in the background, someone moves a dumpster in an alleyway, a truck backs up. Gentle traffic and background voices can be heard throughout.
