This is my first upload: a short walk between the stalls of the vismarkt in groningen, netherlands. Is was a splendid and sunny saturday morning, about 9. 30 am, may 7th 2016. In the first part of the recording, a garbage truck is already cleaning up. Fish crates are being piled up and money is exchanging hands. As the name of the market square suggests, the stalls are filled with fresh north sea and wadden sea fish. But i also passed stalls where cheese, meat and spices were sold. Business was thriving at the time of the recording. The groningen vismarkt is broadly recognized as one of the finest food markets in the country. I used an iphone with a zoom iq5. As said, this is my first recording, so please bear with me. . . I intend to learn.

This is a field recording on a sunday-night in frankfurt am main (d). Wind is in higher parts of the sky and audible due to the skyscrapers sharp edges. Quite an ambiance i think.

Mono recording with rode nt1000. It's done indoors, by the window, with the window open, pointing outside. In the first plane you'll have birds (portugal), then mild rain and some far away thunder. Some thunders are closer, pretty clear and loud. Be ware for some of my movement sounds, you may need to edit.

Recorded on ntg2 shotgun microphone with blimp and fluffy windshield. Multiple different types of foliage and leaf noise recorded during high winds. Close up to a hedge, & standing under two separate trees. ** recording contains a couple of instances of microphone handling noise.

This short sound uses chinese yangqin, guzheng, and other outstanding plugins. It is a scene where you can dream and relax. A thunderstorm rolling through. Starts off with heavy rain and then lightens up. Some cars drive by and at one point a group of people on bicycles makes their way past.

A loud & sharp pow followed by rumbling rolling thunder. I love these stormy days in alabama.

Atmo in a garden in a swiss suburb at day in winter-spring. Snow is thawing hence dripping sounds; sparrows, crows, distant cars. Recorded with zoom h1n built-in stereo mic. Slightly hollow sound because of stonewalls surrounding the garden.
