Hello, this is me frying a steak in a pan. The cooker hood gets turned off somewhere around the 0:40 mark. Recorded with audio technica pro24 and homebuild holding device (thanks to my homeboy 7mer).
Made from different sounds recorded from my metal thermos (24 oz) bottle by striking it with my hand. Recorded on iphone, sequenced in logic. These sounds can be downloaded from my 'metal bottle' pack and are totally cc0!.

The sound of a household microwave oven as it cooks. There is also the electronic beeping sounds of the oven buttons being pressed to initiate cooking, and then pressed again to stop.
I composed a fairly long midi loop of chord progressions & let each section repeat twice. Then i layered a bunch of return tracks of the same line with arpegiated outputs played with straight, quarter note swing eight note swing, 16th note swing, & 32nd note swing all played together. The output was then compressed, heavily chorused through multiple fx devices, and stereo panned into the nonsense you hear. This sound is of a commercial airliner passing overhead. It was recorded using my zoom h4n stereo field recorder, as i faced east, looking over sun devil stadium in tempe, arizona on top of what they call "a mountain". It was captured around 3:30 in the afternoon, in the spring of 2014, with the airplane due east towards phoenix sky harbor airport, descending on approach.

Original description:. Nothing special really, just modified an existing sound a little bit to make it echoy and 'wet', with some panning. This was my first attempt at sound engineering a sample.
