This is my second blade effect. Let me know if it is any good. I think it sounds just a little bit better than my first one. Warhammer exterminatus plasma pistol fire sound replacement.

Multiple gunshots recorded at an indoor gun range. Many of the shots are from an ak47, including single shots and full auto. There is some background noise, but there are some good clear shots in there that can be easily cut out and used. Unfortunately the original recording is only mp3 and the recorder had auto-gain set so some shots are recorded louder than others, but there are still some usable shots in there.

I went for a more realistic gun sound without the hollywood subbass and a lot cleaner than my previous work. Made in ableton live, i just layered an ak47, an m16, an enfield rifle and an acoustic kick drum together with eq and used parallel compression to gel them together. Transient designers were used on the layers to make them snap harder. A bolt slide forward sample and a bolt slide back sample were added to give some mechanical feels to the gunshot. Enjoy.

I sat up my two cm3-microphones at my porch for recording nature-sounds during 3 hours. Then i went into the house for doing other things. When i was finished i listen thru the recording, than i realised there was a couple gunshot at the recording. I'll publishing the best shot. So i have an old switchblade. I recorded a few variations of opening and closing the knife. At the end, i also recorded swishing of the knife.

This is a real recording of a shooting that happened right outside my house, i managed to get a clean recording of one of the shots that happened, i hope for the very best who got involved as i currently know nothing about what happened. . .

I mixed the sound of a rifle and a pistol, slowed one down greatly, and enhanced the low-end a bit.
