I've used a lot of sounds from this site over the years so i thought it was about time i gave something back:). Field recording on h4n zoom recorder as a concrete was spayed against the wire frame of our in ground pool. This has been normalized, equalized and compressed in audacity. Happy for this to be public domain, use it as you see fit. And thanky ou to the contributors on this site:).

This is two slabs of concrete , one on top of the other, and scraped together. Brings to mind a stone tomb being opened (or a concrete coffin).

This is the sound of a plastic garbage can sliding across a cement floor. Recorded in stereo on a sound devices mixpre3ll with a pair of audio technica at943 microphones.

Sweeping down cement render walls in bathroom with brush.

Digging into mud: using a shovel to dig into muddy ground, flattening the ground with the shovel. Recorded with a zoom h6 (rode ntg-2). Recorded in a room with good acoustic. It can be used for a scenario where someone is digging a hole, working in the garden.

This recording is honestly more amusing than good. I was walking on a trail at victoria bryant park when i found a part that was flooded. I tried to go around it, and accidentally stepped in some mud. So i took a minute to record myself walking in it.

Boots walking through short grass. Heavy rain the previous day had created a large amount of mud which can also be heard in this recording. Should be enough space in between each step to be effectively cut up for foley work. Recorded with a ntg2 mono shotgun microphone into a r05 recorder.

I recorded this in 2015 for an audio drama. It's me walking on wet, muddy ground in different speeds.

Walking on a watery surface or mud.

One of a series of heavily processed sounds of a squelchy stress reliever toy. I ran the original recordings through s-layer, the sample-mangling plugin from twisted tools, combining and mulching everything into new, dynamic sounds with lots of interesting, muddy contours.

24/48 recording of the sound of work boots walking in wet mud. The recording starts off in slightly dryer mud but then gets very sticky sounding. There is some slight wind rumble and clothing rustle.
