Binaural recording, will sound best on headphones. These are sounds recorded by walking through tompkins square park, nyc in october 2022. Includes bus, skateboard, distant helicopter, live jazz music, dogs barking, park noise. Clip also edited (at times, poorly) for time and for overall volume.

I combined the sound of a bunch of different emergency vehicles for an episode of bloody, bold, irresolute. It's great for emergency situations and run-ins with the law.

This sound effect was created for a virtual theatrical production of anon(ymous), by naomi iizuka. It is an ambient soundscape of a city at night. A helicopter circles overhead, a tv is heard faintly in the background, someone moves a dumpster in an alleyway, a truck backs up. Gentle traffic and background voices can be heard throughout.

Here's how i did it: used two oscillators (one noise oscillator and another multiple-wave oscillator), and then passed them through two different filters. In each filter, i lfo'd the frequency knob at 2. 0hz (120bpm), and the pattern you see above is each oscillator-filter combination muted in different ways. For the last sound, i applied a phaser effect and automated the frequency knob or some other knob to give that pitch-up pitch-down effect.
