Single cricket camped out by cacti on the ground. Possibly tropical house cricket (gryllodes sigillatus), but i didn't get a visual id on the evening the recording was made.

Late afternoon recording on a hot indian summer day by a meadow, with crickets and birds. Recorded in 32bit float on a zoom f6, and a ms-stereo setup with one sennheiser mkh 416 shotgun, and a ambient ate 308 "emesser" in a røde blimp.

It is a constant sound that can be perceived as soft and relaxing. It is not active by anyone, it is the natural sound of crickets.
