Busy street traffic via zoom h1n.

General ambient (featuring a band of gnawa musicians) recorded from a roof of the fez medina. Zoom h216 bit / 44. 100 khz (stereo). Fez, morocco - february 2010.

A few years ago we found it in the corner of a half-abandoned courtyard of one of the houses located on the main avenue of the city. Even then it looked bad. I'm sure there's nothing left of it now. Perhaps these sounds are the only evidence of its existence. Fragment 4/4.

Walking on a street in pittsburgh, pa.

Deep in the midgard mountain is a dragon wakening up. You are far from him. The sound has travelled kilometers.

The sewer creature! i recorded sounds around the house and used audacity to slow it down to make weird alien sounds in full stereo effect.

A field recording made as i walked on the north side of bloor st w, near shaw street in toronto on the evening of 29 may 2011. This is a commercial strip with many ethiopian bar-restaurants, outside of which men gather to smoke and have conversation. You can hear some of these as we pass along bloor, as well as the conversations of other passers-by. These sounds are pretty typical of this section of bloor on a fine spring evening. Recorded with a roland r05 and accessory stereo directional microphone.

You can confuse these sounds with a rain, but it is a thaw, spring. These are sounds of my evening behind a window.
