This is a recording of me beatboxing, this is the same beat as my other beatbox sound at 130 bpm but this time with a more heavy sound to it. Recorded with sony hdr pj260v then edited using audacity.

The first thing i've made exploring garageband! the melody is taken from the yiddish folk song "ale brider/un mir zaynen ale brider" (all are brothers/and we are all brothers). I hope you like it!.

Created a loop in audacity by hitting an old coca cola collectors glass with a spoon in several locations, altering the pitch of these sounds, and applying them in a rhythmic fashion. Ended up with a kinda creepy march-like sound.

A tabla loop played only with the bayan (the bass drum). The taal is kherwa (the rhythm) and the bayan isn't used at all. Recorded using behringer c-1u, recorded in adobe audition, and finally did some eqing (the major part of the eqing was removing the 60 hz hum and the obnoxious other harmonics). Enjoy!.

A bi-product sound. Strange enough.

This is a simple dry (no effects) 4 track recording with just drums bass and 2 guitars. The reason i use 2 guitar tracks is to fatten the sound. It could have been done with just 3 tracks but this is the sound i shoot for in my rhythm tracks.

Recorded a short drum and bass loops at 120-bpm using ableton live 9. 4 notes per bar played on bass in this order: e1 g1 e1 d1. This recording is designed for a mid-range frequency instrument, like a guitar, over the loop. Mid range frequencies are reduced to allow space for a guitar, vocals, etc. Additional notes:-14. 9 lufs integrated-1. 1 db true peak max. A reversed piano beat loop i quickly made in audacity,. Uses a modified fl studio piano melody sample taken from the open-project 'exoplanet' by eric kauffmann,. Edited and processed in audacity. 112 bpm.

A group of male and female spanish flamenco performers dancing unaccompanied, clapping and stamping in rhythm. Applause and calls of 'olé' at end.

Thought this would make the perfect, very unique style to use drums as filler background music during a very important statement or speech. This track is a little over two minutes long and has just enough soft beats to not distract the listener to what is being said. This was recorded using a yamaha keyboards guitarpop style drum rhythm, audacity & a little improvisation. I must admit. . . I like what i hear and i think - so will you!. No acknowledgement to me is necessary but maybe a shout-out to yamaha would seem in order.
