I wanted to create a sound that could be creepy but not too scary for kids or children's stories originally. Then i added the paulstretch effect in audacity to create a more ominous, creepy, scary, evil, sound for a more horror like ambience. Made with audacity. Copy and paste it 4 times. The first track should not been changed. Change the pitch to +3 on the second track. Change the pitch to -3 on the third track. Change the pitch to -7 on the forth track. And change the pitch to -9 on the fifth track.

This was created with paul's extreme sound stretch program, my voice, and audacity. I whispered a couple of times into the microphone and slowed it down a good bit in paul's stretch program. Needed some zombie sfx for a commercial. 4 male voices were recorded in the studio on a shure ksm42. I mixed them together and added a little reverb. . . Just in time for halloween!.

My rendition of a moaning wraith.

A spooky sound created from a vocal "laa" recorded on a huawei p10 which was heavily edited and modified in audacity. Has a haunting, ghostly feel.

I was showing my 1 year old my recording studio. He was laughing and talking so i recorded him to play it back. His reaction was as wonderful as i could have hoped. This was recorded in my home studio, on a cad e100s microphone. Recorded in audacity, i copied the clip, lowered the pitch, stretched, added reverb, and reversed the audio. I also normalized to -3db.
