I just made a quick little "breaking bad" inspired transition. Nothing fancy.

This is a recording i made for one of my songs. I found it nice to run the group's output through the ohmforce ohmicide and have some fun with the separate bands. The original loop consists of me, drumming on my metal kitchen-sink with drum-brushes. The snary accents are the brushes on the back of my acoustic guitar. All recorded with a neumann u87 and mangled through a ua solo610 with tube-gain cranked up. The bassdrumsound is also an handplayed sound from my nord lead. All recorded in 48/16.

This is a bass kick i made with a nice crunchy toned delay. It started life as a mono bass kick off my 808 drum machine, i converted it to stereo then inverted the right channel, i distorted it and processed it with 100% envelope to really boost the front end punch. It's c2 pitch for convenience.

Similar to the wet square techno beat but with a backup loop and an interesting arrhythmic synth over the top.

A bass guitar played with a piece of metallic string as a bow.

A low bass guitar note, played with a pencil as a percussion. It resembles the hit of the piano hammers on the strings. Recorded using a samson c02 pointing at the strings and a di box.

This recording is designed for a mid-range frequency instrument, like a guitar, over the loop. Recorded with my epi sg through the walrus slo pedal on dream setting into the focusrite 2i2 interface and into reaper. The bass was recorded with a squier mini-bass through a behringer bxl1800 amp and into reaper. Did a pitch change on the guitar and no quantizing as i like the 'push/pull' feel of the human tempo.
