Created using a rode nt1-a directed out of my window towards a small park in a city past midnight. Really quiet environment in general, but some cars were passing by eventually.

All my sounds were created for an upcoming motioncomic i created called: madagascar: alex's story. . . I did not create these from scratch, but instead, remixed stock sounds of different soundscapes. And fiddled with their settings until i got a sound i felt satisfied with. I thought the best thing to do with them after the project was done is to share. So, no need to give me credit. A recording made as i walked down the length of market street in manchester, uk on a weekday afternoon. Most of it is pedestrianised. You can hear a couple of buskers, clockwork dogs and near the bottom there is a taxi rank.

One lonesome bird that lives in a tree on the neighbour's court. I recorded the tweets early in the morning from my balcony testing a røde videomc pro. There was some far away plane noise that i've filtered down quite heavily, so that now the bird sounds kind of 'isolated' and maybe somehow synthetic. Additionaly i passed an eq and a compressor (in audacity).

This is a field-recording i've done for my homework. It has an ambulance in the distance and some other cars driving around surrounded by the birds singing along the street. Equipment: focusrite scarlett 2i2 studio pack. Mic: scarlett studio cm25 mkii condenser.

Summer afternoon sounds at denver, colorado's union station water sculpture plaza, with children playing. Sitting and facing to the southeast, toward the center of water installation, with its alternating flying arcs of water. Recorded at 24/96 using a sound professionals ms-tfb-2 binaural mic set with 12vdc battery box and a sound devices mixpre-6. Initially uploaded as redbook audio, but the 96khz seems to have the best spatial clarity and so i'm resubmitting this now without that downsampling step, for those who download.
