This is rain with variable intensity recorded on 17th of may 2014 in pécel, hungary. I tried to minimizie wind noises. Senisivity set to high. Recorded by sony icd-ux512 stereo dictaphone.

Light suburb rain. Recorded from inside my house. The microphone was placed on the window border, giving it an indoor feel. Bird singing here and there. A couple of cars pass by. In the endish part, a cyclist passes by. Recorded on an h4n zoom.

Finally, a month after i needed it for my last film, i got really good foley of a spectacular thunderstorm. Here's 10 min of the best part. I can't use it right now, but maybe others can. It contains steady, heavy rain with peals of thunder at various distances.
