This is the sound of coffee perking in my coffeepot in my kitchen at about 6:30 am. I recorded this with my lenovo laptop's built-in microphone.

Chinese restaurant (portugal) about 10 x 10 mts large with 20 people inside. Sunday 9pm. Chatter (portuguese + other), chairs dragging, some noise from the street behind the big glass window in front; noise from the kitchen (cutting vegetables on wood, frying on wok, chatter in chinese). Mic pointing at the center of the room. In front a big avenue (door closed). On my right/behind is the kitchen on an open space. Recorded with zoom h4n-pro 48 khz / 24 bit. I created a first rhythm track -> tempo 110. 0 bpm, beat of bar 3then a second pluck track in 60 midi pluck height and a steep fadei repeated the first track, driving the sound very low to give more rhythm to the sound.
