A young bingo! announcer calls a game of "loser" bingo! where the last person to cover a letter on their card wins. The microphone just happened to be next to the winner.

The sound is made by layering noise synths, sample of a tom drum, clicky kick sound with the sound of basket ball bouncing.

This is a great little piece to be used in teasers, trailers, or anything of the sort as it slowly builds up to reveal the climax. It also works in intros or logos, as well. What seems to be a malfunctioning alarm at a rail crossing. The clanging of the electronic bell has an irregular pattern and seems muted. Perhaps even more annoying to some than the typical crossing gate alarm.
