Static-like noise recorded on an dusty modular synth. Good if you need some good old audio device noise background.

Vinyl start noise in a loop at 80 bpm. Recorded, edited and mastered with logic pro x. Can be easily used as a percussion line in a hip hop production.

From a sample set made in 2003 using vinyl records on a motor-less (i. E. Hand driven) turntable. All sounds in this set are less than 1 sec long, so can be good for percussion hits, sfx, etc.

This a recording of a particularly noisey locked groove found at the end of a 78 record.

A continuous blank record groove running almost 22 minutes in length. This is from the unused backside of a 1961 test pressing made for a commercial release on the mgm record label. Nothing is looped or enhanced in any way. The final 28 seconds of the file is the stylus riding in the lock groove near the label. Picking glass up off of granite sink.

This sound file contains basic movement of a bottle of acetaminophen (29 pills contained inside). The movements i made are based on the everyday use of the pills. The reason these pills are specifically called acetaminophen is because all pills make a specific sound including the amount stored inside.

I recorded the sound of myself blowing into an empty glass kombucha bottle in various ways. I then processed through ableton's simpler, added compression, reverb and eq. Mic: blue yetidaw: reaper + ableton.

Simple lp noise with some effects.

This sample was created by taping a razor blade to a contact microphone and allowing the blade to scrape against the edge of a record spinning on a turntable. The reverb was added in real time, so there's not a dry signal recording. Very reminiscent of tg's "hamburger lady" in some ways. Sounds like a human voice almost.

4 glass bottles are held underwater and filled producing bubbles. Then another 4 are filled, then another 1.

Remix on two sounds from kingsrow to add a little more depth, level it out a little bit, and a touch of reverb to give it some body.

Vase placed on table slight wobble - could play as a golf putt.

20s of hiss dithered to 16bit 48khz. Level it much lower to maybe between -40dbfs and -80dbfs and you will have a nice dub or tape noise.

I started recording a vinyl lp into my computer before realising that i hadn’t set the anti-skate properly and the needle was stuck in the lead-in groove. I trimmed this bit of snap crackle n’ pop and kept it in the hope that it might be useful for me or anyone else. Have fun.
