Country type accent saying, "i'm gonna stick a knife in you, mr pumpkin. Carve out your eyes an' give u a crooked smile. ".

Alternate take of the silly or sinister pumpkin carver, saying, "i'm gonna i'm gonna put a knife in you, mr. Pumpkin. Cut out your eyes an' give you a twisted smile!" sounds a bit more desperate at the beginning, then more menacing at the end.
